Acticin is an anti scabies cream that is used for preventing and treating scabies.

Guidelines for Usage

Follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor or as mentioned in the instruction booklet/product label.

Doctors recommend that you massage the cream from head to toe. Use on the scalp only if you are an elderly patient.

The medication must be washed and removed completely within 8 to 14 hours after applying it. You may face itching. It is completely normal.

However, if you see living mites even after 14 days of treatment, then please contact your doctor.

Doctors recommend that you swallow the whole tablet/capsules with a glass of water unless it is specified that it can be broken or chewed.

Missed Dose

It is common for people to forget their dosage times and miss doses.

Acticin must not be used in children as it is unsure whether Acticin is safe in children below 2 months of age.
